These figures apply only to the ProvenTen Platform (core app and APIs). Uptime is shown for the last 30 days and the previous calendar month. Only outages count toward SLA uptime; performance issues are reported separately and do not reduce these figures. The public website is monitored separately and is not covered by this SLA.
